A renovation and addition to what used to be an old pizza parlor
and is now one of the trendiest restaurants on the East End of Long
Island. One of the first wood burning pizza ovens was installed.
The restoration included taking what was barrel vaulted ceiling
which had been put in place because of acoustical problems and restoring
it to its original beamed cathedral ceilings. Acoustical plaster
was used between the beams to address the noise issue. Rift cut
oak wood paneling was used on the walls.
