| A key element in the renovation
of this house in East Hampton was the addition of the front dormer
and sloping porch which helped flood a previously dark stairway and
hall at the second floor with an abundance of sunlight.

| This home had preexisting
3rd floor dormitory style spaces. The 3rd floor as well as other rooms
were opened up with larger expanses of glass. The new window treatments
take advantage of fantastic water views.

the Atlantic Ocean reflects the cresting of the waves. The basic footprint
of this house has remained the same.
